About this piece
An oval Chelsea House porcelain platter with a shallow profile and scalloped, gold-trimmed rim. Molded green grape leaves and pink grape clusters frame multicolored floral decoration on a white ground. Could be beautiful hung on a plate wall or propped up on a stand. The underside bears the Chelsea House mark and a Made in China label, with green felt pads around the foot. Light scuffing and discoloration are visible underneath. Marked for decorative purposes only, with explicit warnings that it is not for food use and may poison food.
