About this piece
Vintage folk art landscape painting — a pink cottage in the country. Oil/acrylic on a 12" x 16" canvas panel, in a gold-tone wood frame. Pink cottage with a big stone chimney, split-rail fence, rolling fields, and a wall of green trees under a soft pastel sky. Unsigned, in the naive/primitive folk style. Condition: Very good. Paint surface clean with the texture of the hand; frame sturdy. Aged panel back (stamped "Canvas Panel 12x16"), sawtooth hanger, ready to hang. Framed size: 19" W x 15" L x 1" deep. Sweet in a cottage, farmhouse, or grandmillennial room — the pink-and-green palette is the whole charm. Carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
